Your Roles:

• Conduct 1:1 or small group teaching sessions tailored to the unique learning styles, strengths, and needs of each student.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the individual learning strengths, challenges, and needs of students with special needs.
• Maintain detailed records of assessment results, progress reports, and observations to inform educational planning and decision-making.
• Develop personalized IEPs to establish specific goals tailored to each student's abilities and needs.
• Plan and facilitate socialization sessions to promote social skills development, peer interactions, and community integration.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress, achievements, and challenges.
• Stay abreast of current research, best practices, and trends in special education, assessment, and intervention strategies.
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

About You:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Special Education, Psychology or Early Childhood Education
• Experience working with individuals with diverse learning needs.
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, educational methodologies, and intervention strategies for special needs populations.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated and passionate about teaching.
