CJ Century Logistics Hiring! Full Time Warehouse - Distribution Executive in Selangor - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• To ensure that the entire warehouse functionality effectively support the operations and production departments/divisions to achieve the company’s efficiency and objectives of maintaining and providing continuous good service to customers.
• To ensure that the daily warehouse operational activities and functions are run smoothly and effectively to comply with the stipulated requirements of the Statutory Authority and company’s policy.
• To ensure that the warehouse staffs are trained and motivated at all times to work conscientiously toward in achieving the company’s set goals and institute corrective action to correct its deficiencies as and when necessary.
• To provide a constant and effectively monitoring of the work flow/activities in the warehouse to ensure that all assigned work activities and projects are carry out smoothly, timely and complied with our company’s requirements.
• To manage and ensure the proper usage of the inventory control systems, storage and disposal of surplus materials and supplies, reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• To advise and submit recommendations to management of additional staff, equipments, materials and supplies requirements as necessary from time to time.
• To ensure that the weekly and monthly warehouse activities reports are prepared, generated and submitted to the management on time.
• To review and make recommendations to the management of the warehouse staff’s performance and appraisal to ensure that high productivity, efficiency and quality standards of the staff are maintained.
• To perform any other related duties and responsibilities as and when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management / business studies.
• Minimum 2~3 years working experience in warehousing & distribution.
• Able to meet tight dateline and demanding tasks Good Planning, implemention and co-ordination skillsTech-savvy
