Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
· Monitor financial performance and KPIs, including revenue, margins, inventory and cash flow; prepare monthly and quarterly reports
· Monitor working capital, supporting the finance team on inventory management and debt/cash position optimization
· Support financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, including performance tracking and basic financial modelling where required
· Support operational and strategic initiatives, including business planning, process improvements, and ensuring timely execution
· Work closely with the Private Equity’s portfolio management on strategic plans, including follow-ups on key initiatives and supporting operational improvements on the ground
Requirements
· Full-time position, based in Johor Bahru
· Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
· Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience post-graduation
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel; strong analytical skills (practical modelling and data handling preferred)
· Strong sense of ownership, initiative and able to work independently
· Regular travel to Singapore and KL for reporting purposes
