Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing, coordinating, updating, and maintaining engineering drawings for overall plant systems and machineries, including ventilation, exhaust, LEV, and other mechanical systems
• Prepare AutoCAD drawings (2D and 3D) for system layouts, machinery arrangement, ducting, piping, exhaust systems, and associated components
• Assist engineers in translating engineering designs, calculations, and site information into clear and accurate technical drawings
• Prepare drawings required for engineering modifications, construction works, compliance submissions, and technical reports
• Attend site visits and design coordination meetings as required to obtain measurements and verify actual site conditions
• Review project specifications, engineering sketches, and marked-up drawings prior to drafting
• Update drawings based on site findings and engineering changes, and prepare as-built drawings reflecting actual installations
• Support project teams by providing drafting assistance for proposals, reports, regulatory submissions, and project documentation

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor in Engineering Drafting, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of drafting experience, preferably in mechanical systems, industrial plant layouts, or construction projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D and 3D are mandatory)
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, machineries, ventilation and exhaust systems
• Willing to attend site visits and work closely with engineers and project teams

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
