Responsibilities:

• To carry the role for design of building engineering works.
• To attend project/site meetings, design review meeting and meetings with relevant authorities.
• To conduct site inspections.
• To manage and organize the works as a team.
• To manage and monitor progress of a group of sub-consultants
• To ensure that outcomes of contract and design review meetings are implemented by project members.
• Liaise with clients on project related technical issues.
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Project Director / Project Manager.
• To comply with company ISO requirements.
• To carry out the role as reviewer for project documentation for conformity and quality assurance.
• To ensure that quality control inspections are carried out by site staff during the construction stage.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a recognized Bachelor Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering.
• Must be registered with Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM).
• Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in structural design work will be prioritized.
• Fresh graduates with strong fundamental in design works are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Computer literate with knowledge of common structural engineering analysis software would be added advantage.
• Willing to work in Johor Bahru.
• For Malaysian only.
