Position: Technical Architecture Engineer

Work Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30AM–5:30PM

Salary Package: RM8,500-15,000 (depends on experience)

Responsibilities:

Handle clients’ technical issues related to cloud platforms and provide technical solutions

Based on project requirements and the Service SOW, deliver implementation work and assist clients with cloud migration

Complete project tasks assigned by the Technical Manager on time and ensure quality of deliverables

Possess the ability to analyze complex issues and follow through until they are resolved

Summarize client usage and promptly update documentation for new issues

Improve team efficiency and productivity, including through the use of automation tools

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with 1–3 years of experience in cloud platform usage and development

Strong understanding of Linux systems, proficient in Linux commands, and familiar with system operations architecture

Solid computer science fundamentals, proficient in one or more programming languages such as Java, Go, or Python

Familiarity with cloud computing and cloud-native technologies (e.g. Kubernetes and Docker) is preferred

Knowledge of common services such as NTP, YUM, DNS, firewalls, etc.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with good technical awareness and risk identification ability

Good at summarizing and documenting, with strong documentation skills.

Pay: RM8,500.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
