Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement / Purchasing Executive to manage the sourcing and purchasing of goods and services. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, excellent supplier relationship management capabilities, and a solid understanding of procurement processes. You will play a key role in ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery of supplies required for business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality, price, and delivery terms.
- Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, supplier information, and inventory levels.
- Evaluate supplier performance and develop strategic supplier relationships.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure specifications, budget, and timelines are met.
- Monitor market trends and identify new products and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and relevant regulations.
- Prepare cost analyses and reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Candidate must be fluent in Mandarin as the role involves coordinating with Mandarin-speaking customers and internal stakeholders.
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role (1–3+ years depending on seniority).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., Million, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
