We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Land Surveyor to conduct site surveys, measure land boundaries, and prepare accurate mapping data for construction and development projects. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using modern surveying equipment and technology to support planning, design, and legal documentation while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Location: Pendang, Kedah
Working Hours: Sunday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land and site surveys using surveying instruments and GPS equipment
• Measure distances, angles, elevations, and property boundaries
• Prepare survey reports, maps, drawings, and legal descriptions of land
• Analyze survey data and verify accuracy of calculations
• Establish reference points and markers for construction projects
• Work closely with engineers, architects, contractors, and government authorities
• Ensure compliance with land regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements
• Use surveying software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or GIS applications
• Monitor and inspect construction sites to confirm alignment with survey data
• Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments and equipment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Knowledge of surveying principles, mapping techniques, and land laws
• Proficiency in GPS systems, total stations, GIS, and CAD software
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
