NOW HIRING: Technician Aircon (Full-Time)

Location: Skudai, Johor

We are looking for a responsible and skilled Aircon Technician to join our team. If you enjoy hands-on work, diagnosing issues, and providing quality installation and servicing, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain air conditioners (wall-mounted, cassette, and other AC systems)
• Perform wiring, piping, vacuuming, gas charging, setup, and testing
• Troubleshoot aircon issues on-site or in-house (e.g., cooling problems, leaks, noise)
• Ensure all installation and servicing work meets safety and quality standards
• Provide after-sales support and professional customer service
• Prepare simple job reports after completing each task
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Technical Certificate / Diploma
• Basic knowledge in aircon installation, servicing, or technical support
• Experience as an Aircon Technician is an advantage (training provided for beginners)
• Able to diagnose and solve problems independently
• Physically fit and willing to travel for site work when required
• Possess own transport (preferred)
• Able to work in Skudai, Johor
