About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Junior Liaison Officer to support coordination for a single construction project between the company, clients, consultants, contractors, statutory authorities, and utility agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist as the main coordination support for project communication with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and authorities
• Support submission of permits, approvals, inspections, and regulatory compliance processes
• Attend meetings and site visits when required, and assist in documenting updates
• Follow up with authorities and stakeholders under guidance of project team
• Facilitate communication between head office, site team, consultants, and contractors
• Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and project updates
• Support identification of project issues and escalate to senior team when necessary
• Provide general coordination support to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years experience in construction coordination / admin / site support are encouraged to apply
• Basic understanding of construction workflow and authority processes is an advantage
• Good communication and willingness to learn
• Able to work independently with supervision
