Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle daily purchasing operations and sourcing activities
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO)
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms with suppliers
- Follow up on material delivery and ensure timely arrival
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal departments
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
- Evaluate supplier performance and ensure cost competitiveness
- Assist in resolving supply and quality issues
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in purchasing/procurement
- Familiar with ERP system and Microsoft Office applications
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
- Experience in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
