Responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior Contracts Officer (M&E) to manage contract administration, cost control, and claims for construction projects.
Requirements:
-Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction, engineering, or infrastructure contracts
-Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
-Strong experience in contract and claims management (upstream & downstream)
-Solid knowledge in cost control, budgeting, VO and EOT
-Strong negotiation, procurement, and stakeholder management skills
-Professional certifications (BQSM, RISM, RICS, CIOB) are an added advantage
Responsibilities:
-Prepare cost analysis, budgets, BOQ and contract documents
-Manage subcontractor tendering, evaluation and procurement
-Handle contract administration including LoA, VO, EOT and claims
-Review subcontractor claims and issue IPC
-Monitor project costs, risks and contractual compliance
-Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
Added Advantage:
-Experience in M&E projects
-Exposure to large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
-Ability to manage complex contracts and negotiations
