The E-Commerce Coordinator is responsible for managing online customer inquiries, digital sales channels, motorcycle product listings, and coordinating sales-related documentation to ensure smooth daily online operations and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities / Job ScopeOnline Sales & Customer Coordination
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok, website, and other online platforms.
- Provide professional product information and recommendations regarding motorcycles, promotions, financing, and accessories.
- Follow up with online leads and coordinate with Sales Advisors to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Arrange showroom appointments, motorcycle viewing, and customer follow-ups.
Product Listing & Digital Platform Management
- Upload and update motorcycle information, pricing, promotions, specifications, and stock availability on online platforms.
- Ensure product details, promotions, and advertisements are accurate and updated.
- Monitor and maintain company online marketplace and social media platforms.
Sales Documentation & Administration
- Coordinate customer documentation related to bookings, financing applications, registration, road tax, and insurance matters.
- Update customer information and sales records into company systems accurately.
- Prepare sales-related reports and maintain proper filing of documents.
Coordination & Operational Support
- Coordinate with sales team, admin, and operation department to ensure smooth order processing and motorcycle delivery arrangements.
- Liaise with relevant departments for stock availability and customer order status.
- Support promotional campaigns, showroom activities, and company marketing events.
Content & Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and coordinating online marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Coordinate content creation for motorcycle promotions, new launches, and festive campaigns.
- Monitor customer engagement and feedback on online platforms.
Qualification & ExperienceMinimum Qualification
- Minimum SPM / Diploma and above.
Years of Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in E-Commerce, Customer Service, Sales Coordination, or related field.
Required Skills
- Familiar with social media platforms, online marketplaces, and customer communication channels.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or company system).
- Knowledge in motorcycle industry, financing process, road tax, and insurance is an added advantage.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Independent, responsible, and team player.
