Are you a versatile digital marketer who can balance data-driven performance with creative storytelling? We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can manage our technical search presence while simultaneously building a vibrant brand community.

Based in our new state-of-the-art headquarters, you will be the driving force behind our "Lead Machine" and "Brand Authority" projects. You will be responsible for the health and performance of our global digital platforms, collaborating closely with content creators and sales teams to ensure our marketing efforts translate into measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Brand Presence

• Lead the end-to-end management of our social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Develop and execute a consistent posting schedule to boost brand engagement and follower growth.
• Humanize the brand by capturing and sharing "behind-the-scenes" content, culture highlights, and company milestones.

Website & Conversion Optimization (SEM & SEO)

• Lead the strategy and execution of Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and remarketing, to maximize lead generation and ROI.
• Oversee technical SEO health, ensuring optimal site architecture, indexing, and metadata performance.
• Support website revamp initiatives to improve the user journey and landing page effectiveness.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in both SEM and social media management.
• Creative Skills: Experience in basic mobile video production and editing (CapCut, Canva, or similar) for short-form content.
• Mindset: A unique blend of analytical thinking (for ads) and creative flair (for content).
• Communication: Ability to collaborate across departments to extract technical stories for public consumption.
• Bonus Points If You Have:

1.Experience in B2B tech marketing or the semiconductor industry.
2.Proficiency in Google Ads, GA4, and social media management tools.
3.Success in building a brand social media from the ground up.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
