Key Responsibilities:

Summary:

We are looking for a driven and commercially astute B2B SaaS Sales Executive to support outbound sales efforts for an AI-driven healthcare technology company. This is a consultative sales role focused on engaging decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, and driving meaningful business conversations.The ideal candidate is experienced in SaaS sales, comfortable with high-volume outreach, and capable of navigating complex B2B buying environments.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Sales & Lead Generation

  • Conduct high-quality outbound prospecting to targeted B2B accounts
  • Engage decision-makers such as practice managers and clinicians
  • Manage 250–350 outbound touches and 80–120 live conversations weekly

Consultative Selling & Qualification

  • Qualify leads using structured discovery frameworks
  • Understand client needs and position solutions effectively
  • Book qualified meetings and support product demonstrations

Pipeline Management & CRM

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Manage pipeline hygiene and ensure consistent follow-ups
  • Nurture prospects through structured follow-up sequences

Performance & Reporting

  • Meet and exceed outbound KPIs and sales targets
  • Track and report sales performance and activity metrics
  • Ensure quality of opportunities meets defined qualification standards

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Proven experience selling into small-to-medium businesses
  • Strong track record in outbound sales and KPI achievement

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce (MUST HAVE)
  • Familiarity with consultative / value-based selling methodologies
  • Understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and stakeholder management

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable handling rejection
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Working Time

  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (MYT)
