Job Summary
Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with car dealers, expanding dealer channels, supporting financing applications, and driving business growth through dealer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain good relationships with new and used car dealers.
- Expand dealer network and identify new business opportunities.
- Promote company financing products to dealers.
- Support dealers in loan application submission and follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal teams to solve dealer or customer issues.
- Collect market feedback, competitor information, and dealer needs.
- Monitor dealer performance and maintain long-term cooperation.
- Achieve business development and sales targets set by the company.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, dealer management, automotive sales, banking sales, or automotive finance.
- Good network or experience with car dealers will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Target-driven and able to work independently.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English; Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel for dealer visits.
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
