We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic Italian kitchen team in Kuala Lumpur.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen (pasta, grill, hot section, etc.)
• Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
• Maintain consistency according to company recipes and standards
• Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff
• Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years experience as Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready for promotion
• Experience in Italian cuisine is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Positive attitude and professional mindset
