Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced IT Site Support Lead to manage and drive end-to-end IT operations delivery for a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, stakeholder management experience, and hands-on infrastructure support expertise.

Key Skills:

  • End-User Computing (EUC) Support
  • LAN / WAN / VPN / Wi-Fi Troubleshooting
  • Active Directory & Group Policy
  • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
  • ITSM / ServiceNow
  • Windows 10/11 Support
  • Incident, Problem & Change Management
  • ITIL Process Knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end service delivery for Malaysia engagement
  • Lead onsite and offshore support teams
  • Manage escalations, shifts, and operational governance
  • Ensure SLA/KPI compliance across IT support functions
  • Act as SPOC for customer stakeholders and governance meetings
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to security, audit, and compliance standards

Preferred Experience:

  • Airline / Transportation / Large Enterprise environments
  • Managing onsite–offshore delivery models
  • Strong communication and leadership capabilities
