Bryn Coffee is scheduled to begin operations in June 2026, with 4 outlets opening. The Area Manager will play a key role in pre-opening preparation, staff hiring, training, operational setup, stock planning, and ensuring smooth outlet launches.
Job Descriptions:
- Oversee daily operations of 4 outlets, ensuring cleanliness, product quality, service standards, stock control, cash handling, outlet maintenance, and smooth workflow in each branch.
- Manage staff attendance, scheduling, recruitment, training, discipline, and performance.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, control operating costs, reduce wastage, manage labor costs, and implement strategies to improve revenue and profit margins.
- Monitor stock ordering, stock transfer, supplier coordination, stock count accuracy, and ensure sufficient inventory levels to avoid shortages and wastage.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards, handle customer complaints professionally, improve customer satisfaction, and protect the company’s brand reputation.
- Ensure all outlets follow company SOPs, hygiene regulations, safety standards, audit requirements, licensing compliance, and overall operational consistency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B, retail, or coffee shop operations
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Confident, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Willing to travel and highly committed to job responsibilities.
- Honest, reliable, and equipped with strong managerial skills.
