Job description:

• Medical Device Sales to government hospitals, Klinik Kesihatan & PKDs in designed areas.
• Manage and plan monthly, weekly and daily sales routes in assigned market.
• Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale including quotations for tenders and government orders (LO).
• Developing new customers and maintaining good relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
• Responding promptly to incoming email and phone inquiries.
• Acting as contact between company and its existing and potential markets.
• Gathering market and customer information.
• Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
• Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ requirements.
• Attending meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
• Updating daily sales and collection activities report.
• Filling customer complaint forms and highlight to Management or investigation.

Requirements:

• At least Diploma in biomedical engineering or any related course (Priority given to those with chemist, biology, biotechnology, and biomedical science background)
• Possess own vehicle.
• Based in Johor.
• Written and verbal communication and selling skill.
• Able to work according to procedure and medical devices product knowledge.
• Proactive and self motivated.
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,499.00 per month
