Administrative Executive

• Manage data entry, filing systems, and documentation
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars
• Ensure smooth daily office operations

Customer Service Executive

• Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media platforms (IG/ TIKTOK / MUDAH.COM /EMAIL )
• Provide accurate information about products/services
• Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Process orders, requests, or service bookings
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and follow up
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions
• Support sales and Marketing team

Working hours: Monday to Friday

Attractive commission will be given based on sales performance

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
