Role and Responsibilities
Seeking a Sales Operations & Analytics Executive to support the sales organization through data analysis, sales operations coordination, and market intelligence. This role ensures the organization is equipped with data, actionable insights, and well-organized documentation, enabling better decision-making, improved distributor performance, and stronger commercial execution.
· Provide day-to-day sales operations support by managing documentation, pricing and product information, maintaining internal processes, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and technical teams.
· Manage sales data by collecting, cleaning, and organizing information, building performance and trend reports, and turning raw data into clear, actionable insights.
· Support market and competitor analysis by gathering research, consolidating sales and distributor feedback, and identifying trends and growth opportunities.
· Prepare regular sales reports and simple dashboards to support decision-making by highlighting key risks and growth opportunities
· Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure aligned data, support insights, and effective cross-functional coordination.
· Maintain organized sales documentation while improving reporting processes and standardizing templates for efficient data flow.
