INTERVIEW LOCATION : LAC MEDICAL SUPPLIES SDN BHD, G-03A-3,

Plaza Kelana Jaya, Jalan SS7/13A, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Job Responsibilities

1. Execute end-to-end project implementation for Healthcare IT and AI solutions, including installation, integration and testing. Perform system setup, configuration, and data migration activities.

2. Support on-site and remote deployment, technical troubleshooting and post-installation support when required

3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (application specialists, engineers and customers) to ensure successful project delivery.

4. Assist in project documentation, service management, progress tracking and reporting to ensure timely completion.

5. Participate in customer training and system handover.

6. Ensure compliance with IT security, privacy, and healthcare data standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Organization: The ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing track of details.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for drafting emails and professional reports.
• Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with productivity suites (Google Workspace/Microsoft 365) and basic knowledge of project management software.
• Problem Solving: A proactive mindset to identify small issues before they become project-wide problems.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a field related to the specific industry (e.g., Healthcare, IT, or Engineering)
