Webist Pro Sdn Bhd is looking for an experienced and dynamic Solution Architect cum Project Manager to lead software architecture planning and project delivery for large-scale digital solutions. This role is ideal for candidates with strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and stakeholder management experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Design end-to-end system architecture covering frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure
• Define integration strategies for third-party systems and APIs
• Ensure system scalability, security, and high performance
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and flowcharts

Project Management

• Manage and deliver multiple software development projects simultaneously
• Define project scope, timelines, and resource planning
• Track project progress, risks, and ensure timely delivery
• Conduct sprint planning, stakeholder meetings, and project updates
• Align business requirements with technical execution

Team Coordination

• Collaborate closely with Frontend, Backend, DevOps, and QA teams
• Provide technical guidance and architectural direction
• Review system design, implementation approaches, and coding standards
• Ensure development follows best practices and architecture guidelines

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Translate technical concepts into business-friendly explanations
• Gather and refine project requirements
• Prepare solution proposals, estimations, and feasibility studies

Quality & Delivery Governance

• Ensure system reliability, maintainability, and performance optimization
• Define best practices for development and deployment
• Monitor post-launch performance and recommend improvements
• Drive continuous improvement in workflows and technical processes

RequirementsExperience

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in software development (full stack or backend preferred)
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Tech Lead, or Project Manager
• Experience delivering large-scale or high-traffic systems is highly preferred

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of:
• Frontend: React.js / Vue.js
• Backend: Node.js / Java / PHP (Laravel)
• Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Familiar with AWS cloud infrastructure, scalability, and performance optimization
• Knowledge in DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment architecture

Project Management Skills

• Strong experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Ability to manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations
• Familiar with Jira, Notion, or similar project management tools

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Leadership mindset with strong ownership and accountability
• Able to simplify complex technical concepts effectively

Nice to Have

• Experience in CRM, ERP, Fintech, or iGaming systems
• Experience in high TPS / real-time systems
• Knowledge in AI integration or data-driven systems
• PMP or Scrum certification

Pay: RM16,000.00 - RM22,000.00 per month
