We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Account Cum Admin Assistant to handle basic accounting and administrative duties. The ideal candidate should be organized, accurate with numbers, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Accounting Duties
- Handle basic bookkeeping and data entry
- Issue invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Update and maintain financial records and filing
- Assist in bank reconciliation and monthly reports
- Support preparation of simple financial reports
Administrative Duties
- Manage office administration and documentation
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain filing system (soft copy and hard copy)
- Assist in office procurement and inventory tracking
- Support general administrative and ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
- Minimum SPM/Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. ABSS) is an advantage
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Responsible, meticulous, and able to work independently
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

- Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Location: Taman Industri Pusat Bandar Puchong
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
