Position : Account Management Executive

Salary Range : RM 3,000 - RM 3,500

Location : Millerz Square, Old Klang Road

Working Hours : Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Digital Marketing Executive to manage campaign performance, client communication, and lead verification activities. This role serves as a key bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth campaign execution, accurate reporting, and strong account relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, including Tier 1 and corporate accounts, ensuring clear and timely communication on campaign updates and plans
• Monitor, analyse, and report campaign performance with weekly and monthly updates for management and clients
• Manage renewal discussions and contract agreements with existing clients to support retention and growth
• Verify marketing-generated leads through cold and warm calling to ensure data accuracy before internal distribution
• Support client onboarding by handling enquiries and coordinating with internal teams, including overseas clients
• Maintain accurate records of campaign status, client communication, and operational data in the system
• Ensure all reporting and documentation are updated, consistent, and aligned with business requirements

Requirements

• Strong command of Cantonese and Mandarin (mandatory) to communicate with overseas clients, with proficiency in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and internal stakeholder management
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and data management abilities
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in real estate or listing portal/account management is preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce or Tableau, project management exposure, and interest in AI are advantageous
• Able to join immediately or within one-month notice period, and provide academic transcripts when required

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
