Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines according to work instructions and production schedules.
• Load and unload raw materials or workpieces into the CNC machine.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure parts are produced according to required specifications and quality standards.
• Perform basic inspection of finished products using measuring tools such as vernier caliper or gauges.
• Report any machine abnormalities, product defects, or production issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Ensure the CNC machine and working area are kept clean and organized according to workplace safety standards.
• Assist in machine setup, tool changing, and minor adjustments when required.
• Record production output and report daily production results to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies during machine operation.
• Support production activities to ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved.

Job Requirements

• SPM, SKM, or Technical Certificate in Machining, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years experience in CNC machine operation are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of CNC machines and machining processes is an advantage.
• Ability to use basic measuring tools such as vernier caliper.
• Able to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Willing to work in a production or manufacturing environment.
