Personal Assistant / Secretary
Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant / Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to Management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to multitask effectively, and capable of handling confidential matters with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for Management.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
- Maintain proper filing systems and ensure documents are updated and easily accessible.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Liaise with internal departments, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing company events, business trips, and corporate functions.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Perform general administrative and office support duties as assigned.
- Support Management in day-to-day operational and personal tasks when required.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, or Administrative Executive.
- Fresh graduates with strong organizational and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Professional attitude, pleasant personality, and strong interpersonal skills.
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
