Responsibilities
1. Responsible general office administration.
2. To assist the HR department in the recruitment process by placing recruitment advertisements, tracks candidates applications
3.To assist Monitor staff/practical trainee attendance thumbprint and monthly calculation overtime manually/excel format.
4. Handle employee inquiries professionally
5. Prepare reports and HR correspondence
6. To ensure HR documentations and records are as per ISO requirements
7. To government office related to employment staff local and foreign staff
Requirements:
1. Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration/Management
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
4. Organizational and multitasking abilities
5. Experience:
