Job Description

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain and monitor Operational Technology systems that interface with production machinery.
• Support and troubleshoot MES and ERP software.
• Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows, MS Office, email, VPN, and remote access.
• Support and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network configurations.
• Assist in IT asset inventory management and documentation.
• Monitor system performance and report potential risks or vulnerabilities.
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes (device setup, user credential creation).
• Escalate complex technical problems to higher-level support or vendors as needed.

Qualification

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking.
• Familiarity with manufacturing IT system is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
