Responsibilities
Sales Support Officer (Contract: 3 + 9 Months)
Working Location: Johor Bahru, Johor
Job Responsibilities:
* Assist AFE in loan processing, agreement signing, and funding-related matters
* Ensure complete customer information and KYC documents are obtained before submission of loan applications
* Support loan disbursement processes and ensure timely follow-up with relevant parties
* Provide after-sales support and maintain good relationships with dealers and customers
* Attend to customer and dealer inquiries professionally and efficiently
* Promote the company’s financing and loan products to customers and business partners
* Perform administrative and data entry tasks accurately in accordance with company procedures
Job Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related field
* At least 1 year of working experience in banking, finance, administration, or customer service is preferred
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
* Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data entry
* Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with customers, dealers, and internal teams
Employment Details:
* Contract Duration: 3 months + 9 months extension (subject to performance and business needs)
* Salary: From RM1,800 per month
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
Work Location: In person
