Warehouse Operations Management

• Oversee daily warehouse activities: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics operations
• Monitor workflow efficiency and implement process improvements

2. Inventory Control & Accuracy

• Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in stock levels
• Ensure proper storage practices (FIFO/FEFO where applicable)

3. Team Leadership & Supervision

• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff and supervisors
• Plan manpower allocation based on operational needs
• Drive performance, discipline, and team productivity

4. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
• Enforce proper handling of goods, especially for FMCG and healthcare products
• Conduct safety briefings and audits

5. Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate with transport teams and third-party logistics providers
• Ensure timely delivery and dispatch according to schedules
• Work closely with internal departments (customer service, planning, procurement)

6. System & Reporting

• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory and operations tracking
• Prepare operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly KPIs)
• Analyze data to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
