Stanton Academy is looking for energetic, creative, and motivated individuals to join our team as Summer Camp Instructors. If you are passionate about youth development and want to spend your summer making a difference, we want to hear from you!

The Role

As a Camp Instructor, you will be the heart of our summer programs. You’ll lead a variety of activities ranging from sports and STEM projects to arts and crafts, ensuring every camper has a safe, inclusive, and unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Engage: Facilitate daily camp activities and workshops for diverse age groups.
• Mentor: Serve as a positive role model, fostering teamwork and personal growth among campers.
• Safety First: Maintain a secure and organized environment, following all safety protocols.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the camp director and fellow instructors to refine weekly topics.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Previous work with children (teaching, coaching, or camp counseling) is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, patience, and a "can-do" attitude.
• Reliability: Ability to commit to the full duration of the summer session.

Program Details

• Dates: June 15 – August 14, 2026.
• Location: Stanton Academy Campus.
