Job Summary
The Service Captain leads the service team during shifts, ensuring smooth floor operations, excellent customer service, and proper coordination between kitchen and front-of-house.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide Service Crew during daily operations
- Assign table sections and monitor service flow
- Ensure high standards of customer service at all times
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Coordinate closely with kitchen for order timing and accuracy
- Assist in training new staff
- Ensure cleanliness, grooming, and service standards are maintained
Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in restaurant service
- Leadership skills and strong communication
- Experience in Indian restaurant is an advantage
- Able to handle busy service periods
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
