MSU Medical Centre Hiring! Full Time Staff Nurse in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 6,000 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and wound care.
• Assist doctors during examinations, treatments, and medical procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, medications administered, and clinical observations.
• Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care, medication management, and healthy lifestyle practices.
• Ensure infection control and hygiene standards are maintained in the ward or unit.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff or nursing aides where required.
• Participate in continuous professional development and attend mandatory training sessions.
• Follow hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Must be registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board (Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia).
• Possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
• Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience (new graduates may be considered for junior positions).
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin or Tamil is a plus.
• Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to high standards of care.

Preferred Attributes:

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
• Familiar with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• BLS/ACLS certification is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
