Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and wound care.
- Assist doctors during examinations, treatments, and medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, medications administered, and clinical observations.
- Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care, medication management, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Ensure infection control and hygiene standards are maintained in the ward or unit.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff or nursing aides where required.
- Participate in continuous professional development and attend mandatory training sessions.
- Follow hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Must be registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board (Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia).
- Possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience (new graduates may be considered for junior positions).
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin or Tamil is a plus.
- Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
- Familiar with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- BLS/ACLS certification is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
