Key Responsibilities

• Assist in project coordination and planning activities
• Support engineers in technical documentation, drawings, and submissions
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and progress monitoring
• Assist in preparation of reports, method statements, and checklists
• Support QAQC processes, including inspections and documentation control
• Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and consultants as required
• Help track project progress, issues, and action items
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors

Learning Opportunities

• Exposure to substation / electrical / civil project environments
• Understanding of project lifecycle (design → procurement → construction → commissioning)
• Hands-on experience with industry standards, documentation, and compliance
• Development of communication and coordination skills

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Technology/ Civil / Mechanical / or related field) or Project Management
• Basic understanding of engineering principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work in a team
