Job Description: We are seeking a talented After Service Engineer that is familiar with Solar, Manufacturing & Semiconductor industries best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience in after service and machine commissioning within the manufacturing industry. This role involves providing after-sales service support to our customers which includes maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform commissioning, maintenance, and repair of non-standard automation equipment used in the photovoltaic industry.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues on-site; provide timely feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support equipment integration, including offline/online setup, system optimization, upgrades, and retrofits.
• Deliver technical training to customer personnel to ensure independent operation and basic maintenance capability.
• Ensure equipment meets all technical specifications and support the successful completion of customer acceptance processes.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Willingness to travel extensively for on-site service (long-term business trips required).
• Bachelor Degree or higher in Automation or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with non-standard automation equipment (excluding operational or basic wiring roles).
• Proven leadership or team management experience is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in English and knowledge of PLC systems (e.g., Siemens, Omron) is preferred.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
