Job Decsription :

• Prepare layout drawings, schematics, single-line diagrams (SLD), and As-Built drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or GstarCAD.
• Detail M&E services including HVAC
• Coordinate M&E drawings with architectural, structural and other discipline drawings to identify and resolve clashes.
• Update existing drawings based on site changes, engineer feedback or new information.
• Maintain proper document control, including drawing storage, revision history

Requirement :

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Drafting, or a related building services field.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) is mandatory.
• 1–3 years of drafting experience, fresh graduates & for junior roles encourage to apply.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering sketches, blueprints and design specifications.
• Knowledge of local building codes and M&E installation standards.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently under tight deadlines, and good communication skills

Job Types: Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
