Main Responsibilities

1.Food Preparation

• Prepare ingredients such as cutting meat, vegetables, and garnishes according to recipe and standard portion.
• Assist in preparing sauces, marinades, and side dishes for yakiniku menu.

2.Cooking & Plating

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area at all times.
• Wash utensils, equipment, and ensure workstations are clean after use.

3.Kitchen Cleanliness

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area at all times.
• Wash utensils, equipment, and ensure workstations are clean after use.

4.Stock & Ingredients

• Monitor ingredient levels and inform supervisor when stock is low.
• Follow FIFO (First In First Out) for ingredient usage.

5.Food Safety & Hygiene

• Follow food safety standards, personal hygiene rules, and kitchen safety procedures.
• Ensure all food is handled and stored properly.

6.Teamwork

• Work closely with other kitchen and service crew to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist teammates when needed during busy hours.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations is an advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Responsible and disciplined with hygiene standards.
