Key Responsibilities

• Plan and create content for social media platforms
• Produce visual and written content (videos, reels, captions, and posters)
• Stay updated with trends, hashtags, and platform algorithms
• Manage posting schedules and ensure consistency
• Monitor engagement (likes, comments, shares) and respond to audience interactions
• Assist in paid ads content (if applicable)

Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
• Proven experience in content creation or social media management
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
• Basic skills in video editing and graphic design
• Familiar with social media analytics tools
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience with content planning tools
• Understanding of branding and audience targeting

Working Conditions
