Job Responsibilities:

• Production plan achievement, workshop scheduling plan, utilization of working hours increased and encouraging operators to work efficiently, organization of job rotation training, and improvement in operator skills, operator workload statistics, operator attendance management, operator performance assessment and flexibly adjust the operator according to actual needs.
• Work order material verification and counting, ensure that accounts and assets are in agreement, management of auxiliary materials in work teams, unqualified raw materials are returned and replaced in time.
• Strictly control production discipline (including personnel opening, closing and leaving work time), on-site inspection of work teams, strictly implement the three-state management and material mixing management on site, unqualified products are sorted out and handed over in time.
• Tracking of new employee training progress, obtaining qualification certificates within the specified time.
• Quality Awareness Training for Operators and On-site 6S management.
• IPQC inspection problems are responded to and rectified in a timely manner.
• Daily report of production.

Job Requirement：

• Diploma or higher qualification in Engineering/ Production or other relevant field.
• Must possess basic knowledge in physics, electronics, optic, etc.
• At least 1 year experience on production management.
• Must be able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to understand Mandarin language is an added advantage.
• Have good communication skill, strong sense of responsibility, eager to learn new technologies, excellent hands-on ability and patience.
• Clear logical thinking, have strong team awareness and coordination skills.
