Key Responsibility & Authorities:

· Cost Analysis: Analyze customer drawings and specifications to determine precise costs for material, labor, and overhead.

· Quotation Preparation: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes in response to customer RFQs, ensuring alignment with profitability goals.

· Costing Models: Develop and maintain costing standards that reflect current material rates, labor costs, and production processes.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with production and procurement departments to gather up-to-date cost data.

· Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends and conduct periodic reviews of pricing strategies to maintain market competitiveness.

· Customer Interaction: Communicate directly with customers to clarify requirements and address pricing inquiries.

Requirements & Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

· Experience: Proven track record in cost analysis and quotation preparation.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word) and basic computer applications.

· Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving abilities, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication.

· Work Style: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
