Job Description:
We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team! This role will focus on identifying and building relationships with content creators and influencers to promote our brand and products. You will be responsible for seeding products, negotiating collaborations, and tracking performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential content creators and influencers across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
• Build relationships with creators and negotiate partnerships for product seeding and brand campaigns.
• Send out product samples or promotional materials to influencers and track delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of creator collaborations, ensuring high engagement and quality content.
• Stay up to date with influencer trends and emerging platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align creator strategies with overall company goals.
• Manage and update internal databases of creators and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome (prior experience in influencer marketing or brand partnerships is an advantage).
• Fluent in Bahasa & English (Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Familiar with social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
• Creative thinker with a passion for influencer marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma and above in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience working with influencers or in social media marketing is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• No experience? No problem! Fresh graduates are welcome.
