Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to support the company’s daily accounting operations, mainly focusing on Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accurate financial records and timely processing of transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and timely
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers/vendors when necessary
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain proper financial records
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and supporting documents
• Ensure accounting entries are properly recorded in the accounting system
• Support month-end closing activities
• Maintain organized filing and documentation for finance-related records
• Assist with ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably with AP/AR exposure
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Candidates who can join immediately or within short notice are preferred

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
