• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, and email
• Provide product support for smart devices (e.g., troubleshooting, features explanation, compatibility)
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products, upgrades, or add-ons
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs
• Upsell and cross-sell products, services, and warranties where applicable
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and system updates

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,100.00 per month
