Job Description

1. Assist PM in daily project execution on site.
2. Organize resources and work out the allocation of tasks to work teams and sub-contractors
3. Attending daily toolbox/discussion and technical discussion and coordination on site where required
4. Ensuring that project management tools are updated daily and documentations properly done
5. Quality check/control of work done by sub-contractors
6. Inspect all installations and carry out inspections with clients and consultant’s representatives
7. Conduct testing and commissioning (T&C) and preparing T&C reports
8. Assist PM in demobilizing and handling over of projects to customer
9. Other duties as assigned

Requirements :
1. Preferably with specialised in Building Services/Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical
2. Candidates without the necessary academic qualification will also be considered based on project references
3. Preferably with 3-5 years’ experience in the construction of M&E or ACMV projects
4. Candidate with Data Centre project experience will be an advantage
