We are looking for Account Executive to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks.
You will play an important role, such as :-
- Able to do full set of Account
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are properly recorded
- Handle accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Handle accounts payable and perform reconciliations
- Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements and other financial reports
- Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting databases
- Assist in reviewing expenses, payroll records and supporting documents
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports
- Assist senior accountants in monthly and yearly closing activities
- Preparing on forecasting and budgeting
- Ensure accounting records are updated and filed properly
- Support ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks when required
What do you need to have?
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting / Finance or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years experience
- Familiar with accounting software & Microsoft Excel
- Able to handle full set or basic accounting tasks
- Responsible, organised & able to meet deadlines
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen.
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
