Istevin Champions is an English Language & Life Skills Training Academy focused on developing confident communicators and future-ready individuals. Our programme combines structured English learning with essential life skills such as public speaking, leadership, and critical thinking.

Role Overview

We are looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join our team as English & Life Skills Coaches. This role goes beyond traditional teaching — you will play a key part in shaping students’ confidence, communication skills, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Teaching & Classroom Management

• Conduct English classes (grammar, writing, reading, speaking)
• Deliver Life Skills training (public speaking, leadership, communication, etc.)
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
• Follow structured lesson plans and teaching methods

2. Student Development

• Build students’ confidence in speaking and expressing ideas
• Guide students in presentations, discussions, and activities
• Monitor and support students’ academic and personal progress

3. Lesson Preparation & Delivery

• Prepare teaching materials when required
• Ensure lessons are engaging, interactive, and student-centred
• Maintain high teaching standards aligned with the academy’s system

4. Assessment & Feedback

• Conduct basic assessments and track student progress
• Provide feedback to students and internal team
• Support periodic evaluations and reporting

5. Team Collaboration

• Work closely with other coaches and management
• Participate in training, meetings, and development sessions
• Contribute ideas to improve teaching and student experience

Requirements

• Good command of spoken and written English
• Passion for teaching and working with children/teenagers
• Energetic, confident, and able to engage students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn
• Prior teaching experience is an advantage (training will be provided)

Salary Range
