Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily sales and operational activities of the company
• Manage customer inquiries and follow up with clients
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and reports
• Coordinate with production and operations team to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor order status and delivery schedule
• Support marketing and sales activities including B2B & B2C sales
• Maintain proper documentation and filing
• Ensure company operations run efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & Excel
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently
• Experience in sales or operations is an advantage
