Responsibilities
Strategize and identify growth opportunities for key B2B segments to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales plans, strategies, and forecasts to ensure sustainable business growth aligned with management targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers and customers to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
Expand customer base and identify new business opportunities, including new clients and product offerings.
Maintain strong market presence to understand customer needs, market trends, and frontline operational requirements.
Develop, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
Translate strategic business plans from management into effective operational programs and initiatives.
Continuously enhance product knowledge, leadership capabilities, and functional competencies to develop a high-performing sales team.
Present sales progress, performance updates, and corrective action plans during weekly sales meetings.
Optimize working capital utilization, including cash flow and accounts receivable management, while balancing credit control to improve sales and profitability.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth and efficient B2B operations.
Build and strengthen an effective leadership team while improving organizational capability and effectiveness.
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
